Hi, I am trying to get into Keto and it has been awhile! Anyone have any daily menus to share??? It would really help

    I have eggs for breakfast with salsa and sour cream
    Lunch is leftover dinner or salad with protein
    Dinner is a protein with small salad or veggie
    Dessert is a fat bomb!
