    Yesterday, we traveled through the land of our beloved team member @bocasdelbob. Here is a sign outside the a mountain hamlet near Silver City, New Mexico. I thought, Bob might be a member of this whimsically named club.

    Exercise yes, 32 minutes salsacise DVD with Rosemary Conley - really enjoyed it ole!, 65 minute walk outside, been dry today, thought of you who are freezing!

    Exercise: yes. Ran 20 min on treadmill. Wanted to do at least 30 min, but I overslept by 40 min today, so I was in a bit of a time crunch since I had to be at work at 8.
