Thought I would have to take a pass day. We went out to eat. Ended up at a pizza place. I had 1 slice with only half the crust and part of a salad. Yea!!

I weighed this morning lost 2.4 lbs in December. I'll take it and be happy...when it's cold I usually find a reason to lay around and eat. I feel a change..Hoping I can keep it up for 2018 and of course beyond.

Went for a brisk all over the Wetlands this evening. It was beautiful, a heron swooped down in front of us (with the mountains and sun set behind him) and it was magical. We also saw a road runner that walked/ran about 200 yards with us.
I’ve been walking the Wetlands now for about 8 months and I still get a kick out of all the beauty I see there.4 -

LOL @ MmamabearR the ramblings of a frozen person. So cold that at 3 am I am still shivering and have resorted to my grandmother's favorite thing. I have put mentholathum on my feet and socks to try and get me warm.
Well the things we learned today. I am so thankful I have gas for heat and not oil. I guess the last oil delivery forgot to put the addictive in it and peoples oil has froze. People are literally taken torches to their pipes to get things moving. OMG it's lucky the town doesn't just go up in smoke with all these old people playing with fire.
