I had gotten up to 179 yesterday, after not weighing in with this group last week. I'm glad I'm down 3lbs in 1 day, even if I'm still higher than I was before Christmas. I also finally worked out yesterday. I'm making it back slowly. My 1 year journey mark is coming up in February and I want to be backdown to my lightest that I was at during this year (165lbs).5 -

Gain of 3lbs this week. Looks like goal is upon me. 4 weeks until I move back into deficit. A 7lb gain is pretty cool for 12 weeks of big calories. I am pleased. That is if I do go up to around 174lbs, have added 3lbs on to the top end of bulk goal.3 -
