    Logging for yesterday, I had serious problems with my phone and I worked late so not the exercise I had hoped but I still got in a 30 minute walk.

    Today will be better :smile:

    I have not exercised in 3 days. We have a baby who is waking erratically up to 8 times a night. I'm exhausted. I did go to two mom's groups (Wed and Thur) and visited with friends yesterday (Fri) so I'm counting this as a win because it was very good for my emotional health.

    @PNWBethany Without the emotional health, the physical health is much harder. It’s hard when you’re exhausted, but you’ve got this! I hope the baby’s sleep gets better soon!

    Walked about 4 miles with my husband and baby today. Logged 14,540 steps so far which is unheard of for me! Thank goodness for clear, sunny weather.

    54 minutes 19 seconds doing a 5.5 mile run! Pace 9:52 minutes per mile! Yay!!!

    Had a gentle day today after 5 straight days in the gym (have to let my injured hip rest a little) so went for a 40 min walk in the (muddy) countryside and did some skipping in the garden for just over 15 min.

    30 minutes on the treadmill today. Mostly walking. Trying to get into the C25K, but my knee is acting up and not wanting to cooperate.
