Last night, I literally walked out of my boots. My hiking boot sole separated from the body of the boot. Made it back with the right boot sole flapping on every step

yes x3 - I'm still recovering from being sick, so my exercise was pretty gentle, but it feels like the right exertion for where I am. Lots of walking around the school, and used my standing desk exclusively. Stretches this morning and will do again before bed.2
