I usually get hurt trying new things. I’m always so impressed with @fightingthetideofaging he never stops trying new exercises and fitness experiences. He is one of my UAC heroes5 -

Has not stopped raining all day. It’s caused mayhem on the roads and there is flooding and accidents everywhere. I was supposed to walk the Wetlands but had to mall walk instead.
My mum is in hospital for another night but hoping she goes home tomorrow. If I wake up to text saying she’s home, now that would be awesome!3 -
