    @craigo3154 - Unfortunate the flying foxes of New South Wales are dying from heat while we in the northern part of the U.S. and other parts of the northern hemisphere are in a deep freeze.

    Another late walk right on dusk after late work phone conference and dinner. The pace was quick again.

    @w8goal4life. Been coolish for the last few days (mid 20's C - 70's->low 80's in F). But expected to warm up more over the next few days.

    Exercise: Yes, lots of walking. Not too much rain today, anyway I have a green plastic rain poncho now.
    Calories: Yes. Lots of self restraint in my choices and alcohol intake. Only used about 100 of my exercise calories.
