What do you guys eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I need new ideas I get so sick of the same stuff. I’m on the road during the day so things that don’t have to be heated for lunch is best for me.

I eat belvita breakfast bars every morning for breakfast.( Have been for over a year now) I love them and they arnt horrible for you. Lots of flavors so I don't get sick of them. It's just enough to get my metabolism going and curve my appetite until lunch. Usually with water or once a week acid free coffee!

for breakfast I do a smoothie or I have 2 eggs and an English muffin or I remake egg cups for the week heat them up and eat them on the way to work, for lunch I do egg salad wrap with light mayo and whole wheat wraps, I do turkey and Swiss wraps, a salad with chicken usually and light Italian dressing, or a lean cuisine if I am really lazy and don't have time before work to make lunch.... I do veggies and fruit as a snack usually and I made a ranch dip with plain greek yogurt and a ranch dip packet. For dinner I like a lot of casseroles and crock pot things. I make a lot of weight watcher reciepes. I make a lot of fish and shrimp for dinner, or I make basic tacos or something but I use chicken or turkey and I make a taco salad. My favorite in the crock pot is a red curry chicken dinner. I will list some links to some things I make a lot.
Lunch is the hardest for me because it is all about preparing and I HATE doing that
