I love Oreos!!!!! So I adopted the thins to lessen their caloric impact on my nutrition.2

I don’t want my guilty pleasures to be food anymore so I’m working on making my guilty pleasures things like getting a massage or facial, buying new clothing, going out with friends.
Also, if I choose to have a treat it’s a choice and it’s really special and purposeful rather than part of my daily routine.6 -
Great idea Mallory!! I indulge in guilty pleasures occasionally, but limit the portion and make healthy substitutions if possible!3

I am with Mallory. I reserve my favorite food guilty pleasures to special occasions when I can enjoy them with absolutely no remorse.3

If I consider a food a “guilty pleasure” I need to weigh/measure it when I choose to eat it. The food scale and portion control erases the “guilty”. So, I will do that more with my treats I consider my guilty pleasure foods.1

I love a good latte, so instead of getting a Starbucks sugar bomb I make my own at home and use protein powder to add the sweetness!2

Cereal is my go to guilty pleasure! To make this less guilty, I am trying to only indulge in my cereal loving habit once a week, only buying “healthy” brands, and just not buying it as often.0
