    You have so many choices in Phoenix. I used to live near Superstition Mountain and we would hike it with the dogs on a Saturday when the weather allowed (not hot!)

    Wetlands walk today. Only saw a Road Runner and some birds, there was too many people out and about so too much noise for the wildlife

    I got a sore throat today. It must have been that trip to Milwaukee and the cold
    Exercise: I still got in a hike at South Mountain Park, but it was far less than I had originally planned
    Calories: just squeeked under the limit
