January 12th taking a pass........was very close today and I had to estimate a couple of things so in all fairness I will accept the pass........exercise and tracking done though

Pass 2nd Day
I haven't been feeling well, so got takeout. OMG! when I tracked, I realized it's so much more fattening than home cooked meals. I usually cook everything, and my food keeps my full, but that takeout left me hungry so I ate even more. That was a lesson learned. I hate to waste a pass day on that.2 -
Exercise? Yes swam 900 meters
Tracked food? yes.
Within calories? Yes. I will talk to my dietician tomorrow. I may need to increase my calories again. I will see what she says. I am getting really big exercise/calorie deficits and I think not enough calories in total.....so my body is holding on to the pounds. We wills ee what the dietician says and wi ll let everyone know as accountability.2 -
