Lots of work, family visits, etc. I've not been able to log yesterday but food was good.
Lots of walking these past few days and I'm annoyed I didn't wear my Fitbit haha!!
Looking forward to a more settled week next week. I know have a car so I'll be hoping to get in at the gym on top of run club2 -
It's hard not being able to do anything after my surgery. It will be a month before I can slowly start to do any activity. Hopefully after tomorrow I can go out for a little walk. But I have my new skinny arms to look forward to after the skin removal surgery!!!4

Great job all 3 of you!2 -
Tonight was 15 minutes on the treadmill and then over 20 minutes doing a circuit workout. Feeling pretty beat right now. It's been too long of a break and I didn't start slowly but picked up where I left off 12 days ago. Probably not wise.1

75 min walk wearing my baby. I got about 12,100 steps today.2

I've definitely done this before where I try to do too much a little too soon. It's amazing how quickly the body adjusts. Good job and I hope you get some good rest!0 -
