Will be a busy day tomorrow, have lots to do to get ready for my knee scope on Wednesday, will be off my feet for a couple of days.......Have been off work now for over a year as I had back surgery this summer. Once this surgery heals I can go back to work...........WOOHOO! I need to get back to a more structured life.....

Exercise: 20 mins yes on my feet all day shopping, walking to and from, housecleaning couple hrs. I just now sat down 1 am it is now 1 am in the morning!

Pass #2 son came home with snacks at the end of the night. I ate something small before checking calories that ended up way higher than I thought. :-/1 -
Worked out with my coach for an hour. Tracked food and ate what I planned. Spoke to my dietician and she wants t o increase my daily calories by 200. Try that until Friday and see what happens. So will do this.

Exercised?: Yes. 7,000+ steps between airports (not focused activity, but definitely enough to make 20+ mins when combined with min set of bodyweight training)

Travelled interstate for a meeting. 4 hours one way for 2 hour meeting, then 4 hours back. Still more work once I got home.

Exercise: Yes (65 min vinyasa yoga)
Calorie budget: Nope. It was my friends birthday, and another friend surprised us by having dinner ready when I got home. Baked salmon caught by a friend in Alaska, asparagus w lemon, seasoned brown rice, and a couple bites of chocolate lavender cake. I only went about 250-300 cal over budget though!
