    Just when I think my weight is evening out, bump, up it goes. Oh well, still within target weight range. Lifting all the heavy things really well, am lifting what used to be the weights I could lift for just one repetition, for 3 or more reps now. Like a dream come true, feeling stronger than ever.

    Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 36.5lbs

    Slowly edging back towards my pre-festive season weight. My target for my DietBet which ends on the 11th Feb is 214.5lbs so I have 3 weeks to get the remain 5lbs off and probably a little more just to make sure I have some wiggle room for water weight fluctuations. Seems fairly doable.

    This week was odd. I thought my scale was broken and was already looking online for something new. Six days in a row I came in at the exact same weight every morning, not a single fluctuation and then this morning I woke up two pounds lighter. Has anyone else experienced an extremely stable weight like that?

    This week was odd. I thought my scale was broken and was already looking online for something new. Six days in a row I came in at the exact same weight every morning, not a single fluctuation and then this morning I woke up two pounds lighter. Has anyone else experienced an extremely stable weight like that?

    It's rare but I have had it happen. Have you got any dumbells or a weight plate you can check it with?

    I do weigh food "most" of the time, but notice the overall lack of dillegence (licking the almond butter spoon, having just another spoonful of soup) I know many of these slips over the course of time take a toll on any deficit I've made. Going to start jotting notes in the diary section as to what I'm thinking and see if it gives me any insight. I will NOT give-up! Also plan to start walking at lunch to increase CO.
