So my highest weight was 245lbs, at this time last year. I was horribly depressed and frustrated and everyone around me was suffering for it.
I finally got myself a gym membership and started out - well I probably tried starting out way harder than I should have, being the stubborn, competitive former athlete I am but once I accepted that I was really and truly out of shape I slowed down and let myself adapt to being active a little at a time.
Now I'm 50lbs lighter and much fitter, happier and healthier than I've felt in years. I'm addicted to the gym and Eating healthy just seems to come naturally now - not that I don't enjoy a bowl Doritos on occasion lol
I'm excited to continue this whole fit chick life and I can't wait to shred more fat and show off these muscles I've been building!
