    I hate to wish away a week but I am beat and can't wait for the weekend. I have to take my daughter to another appt. On Sat but hopefully this one goes better.

    Weird day here, 14c at 9am! Then rain most of day, better than snow me thinks...
    Pass day # 3 so will not be joining you in the winners circle!
    Exercise yes, 10 min Qigong, 20 min yoga, 15 min Salsacise, 90 min cleaning, 40 min walk in rain to library

    Calories no, way over!

    Yes. Comfortable gap today

    Yesterday I didn't have time to post as I got back late from a night out with friends... but I exercised, kept track of everything and was under!

    Today:
    Exercise: yes
    Calories: almost.. but no. I over ate.
    Tracked: it's all in there.

    Exercise: Yes - Reactivated my gym membership! 45 min elliptical, 45 min yoga, 35 min weight training
    Calories: Yes - 1700/1500, but since I burned more than 300 calories exercising (not counted in my diary), I say yes!

    Went out with my oldest son for dinner tonight. I try to take him out once per month, so in truth it happens about 8 times per year. I buy him whatever he wants. He is as skinny as a stick!

    Exercise: not ready for prime time but did my walking
