The month is starting to come to an end. Wow! The January tsunami of resolutions has ebbed for some. BUT, for others, the journey to fitness; movement; and energy continues.
In the UAC, the Winner's Circle is the monthly incentive, but many UAC members are in the group for long-haul healthy habits; accountability; and camaraderie. No one has to leave the group due to any number of Pass Days. On the other hand, people come and go for their own reasons and that is ok too.
I'm grateful you are here.

I hate to wish away a week but I am beat and can't wait for the weekend. I have to take my daughter to another appt. On Sat but hopefully this one goes better.3

Oh well... I am here. I guess that is what matters. Sticking to the plan, 1 day at a time... "A bucket can be fill of water drop by drop"

Weird day here, 14c at 9am! Then rain most of day, better than snow me thinks...
Pass day # 3 so will not be joining you in the winners circle!
Exercise yes, 10 min Qigong, 20 min yoga, 15 min Salsacise, 90 min cleaning, 40 min walk in rain to library

Yesterday I didn't have time to post as I got back late from a night out with friends... but I exercised, kept track of everything and was under!

Calories: almost.. but no. I over ate.

Went out with my oldest son for dinner tonight. I try to take him out once per month, so in truth it happens about 8 times per year. I buy him whatever he wants. He is as skinny as a stick!
