Hi Everyone,
It's very common for UAC team members to think that 3 strikes and you are out!
That is USA baseball rules, NOT the UAC rules.
You are allowed to have 3 Pass Days per month and still be in the Winner's Circle.
In addition, even if you do not qualify for the Winner's Circle, there is NO STRIKE OUT policy in the UAC.
We are in this for life giving benefits of healthy habits.

Yes x 3. Unplanned exercise was rushing through (muddy, hilly) wood to find the owner of the horse that had got into my garden from its field. I didn't mind it being in the garden, but was concerned that it might get out into the lane - very quiet, but it would only take one car. All this on top of what I'd already done.5
