    Strength and elliptical, emotionally difficult day at work so I’m proud that I got a not sugary coffee and hit the gym instead of making less healthy coping choices

    This was a planned pass day for me. It was my friend's going away party, so the pass well worth it! I will do my best to hang in the next 7 days.

    Took wife and daughter to see rockpools at low tide. This is where I used to spend my summers. 2km walk to get there and 2km walk back to car.

    Still did evening 8km walk.
