Hi everyone I’m new to strength training and this app! I recently gained weight and I can’t stand it if anyone has any tips or advice I would love to hear it! Please feel free to add me I love meeting new people and I could use some motivation!

    My top advice would be... Don't cut your deficit too steep, get adequate protein (around 0.8-1g per lb goal weight minimum), and for most optimal results, follow a progressive program.

    Oh and be patient and enjoy the ride
