Here is RangerRickL after a 800 foot climb to the top of Shaw Butte in Phoenix. I still had several miles to go for my loop hike.
The February UAC link is posted. @craigo3154 will include it in his post. I have only my iPhone and iPad and cannot post to the MFP Challenge boards or send you private messages.
Please help me by going to the boards and your friends and inviting them to join us for the February UAC!

I'm not in the winners circle this month and haven't been very active on the site either.
I have been kinda lurking in the background and reading your posts and seeing how everyone is getting on.
Great to see so many new faces to the challenge and well done to all of you.
Hopefully next month will prove to be better and I'll post more frequently.
I have been keeping up with my exercises, although I took ill for a few weeks which kicked me off my feet for a little while, but I still tried to stay active, doing things around the house.
My logging is my main downfall, this has totally gone to pot due to my lifestyle, but I'm hoping to be more disciplined with this in February's challenge, which I have joined.
I have put a little of the weight I lost last year back on again.
I had to see the nurse in December for a checkup and I was 9 st 11lbs then, a 5 lb increase since my last weigh in and those size 10 jeans I got into last year are now tight, so I need to get my head in gear and get back on track.
I will weigh myself at the start of Feb and hopefully be more focused and determined on getting my weight down to my ideal level. The nurse did say that I am in the green with my BMI and that I don't need to lose anymore weight, but I'm not comfortable in myself and won't be until I have reached my goal of 9 st, a figure I never reached last year, although I was so close.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know I'm still here, and look forward to seeing you all in February's challenge....x

Exercise? not recovering my legs from MOnday hike and training with my coach.
Tracked food> No...was in a rush and ran out of house...did pack a healthy lunch in my tracking framework and ate fine during the day.

I really gotta step up on working out again. I used to really push myself even when I didn't want to work out. I gotta develop that mindset again.2
