    At work today, much cooler. Good walk. Nice to get out.

    I have had 5 pass days but seem to be getting back on track...
    Exercise yes, 10 min. Qigong, no yoga, Leslie sansone or salsacise as still under weather, but did keep moving and walked 40 mins around the Lovely town of wymondham Norfolk UK, and 30 mins cleaning

    @fatbambi2017 if you don't mind me asking, do you follow a Qigong DVD or go to a class? I am trying to get into it, but no classes here and I got confused by the choices on YouTube.

    Not in the winner's ci rcle this month, but I am still working on it.
    Exercise? not recovering my legs from MOnday hike and training with my coach.
    Tracked food> No...was in a rush and ran out of house...did pack a healthy lunch in my tracking framework and ate fine during the day.

    I really gotta step up on working out again. I used to really push myself even when I didn't want to work out. I gotta develop that mindset again.
