How can it be almost February? This week lacking on exercise and water. Started heating my water since I'm so cold. Working on lits of fruits and veggies this week. How was your week?

    It's still been a struggle, but moving a little more and been good about pushing the water. Need to get it stepped up more. Honestly, I can't wait for it to get warm out again, that's when I really do my best.

    Total loss in January of 5.1 lbs. Just over 10 lbs left for the challenge. Will definitely get harder from this week but I'm feeling good and on a roll. Lots of water, fruit and veg and plenty of walking this week.
