I gained weight because I began thinking of food as entertainment. Going out? EAT somewhere! Bored? Make fudge! Want to show love to your family? Cream Cheese Pound Cake! Five o'clock? Wine and Cheese! So I am changing my mindset to thinking of food as fuel. I am eating the same breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily. I alternate a few dinners. This takes any questions out of the equation. It is really helping me!

    That's a good idea! I have been kinda following the same plan the last 2 weeks!
    Eating yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Veggie soups for lunch, healthy dinners and popcorn for snacks!
    Working so far but not easy! I have always been a snack person!
