    I missed the weigh-in, I have not weighed in for a few days actually. Was up to 175 and now back down to 173.2

    Loss of 1.6lbs this week. My weigh in Fri or Sat will be at the start of deficit. Doing two just to get a better pic of where my weight actually is. Eating all the wine gums to make calories lately. 2 more days until deficit...

    Shark week pending, trendweight down a little but up on actual weight unsurprisingly. Expect I'll get a mid week whoosh some time next week. Despite being slightly higher weight than I was in October (last time I took a proper progress pic), I look a lot slimmer in my Jan progress pic than I do in the previous one, I kind of bounced around maintenance for a couple of months the end of last year whilst continuing strength training and cardio so have obviously lost a little bodyfat and maintained my muscle. Happy days!

    GW: 185.0lbs
    LW: 220.0lbs (Trend)/ 218.0lbs (Actual)

    Very tired week this week. Too tired to exercise. But after getting some rest tonight, I'm excited to get back into my exercise routine. And despite me not exercising much this week, I still lost a little! As of January 4, I'm down 7lbs, which I'm definitely proud of! Next goal is to be under 170/as close as possible to 165 by 2/12/18 (my 1 year anniversary).

    Smaller loss this week but still going. Have to really be mindful of my eating this weekend with the super bowl this Sunday. There will be lots of good food that day lol but have to make the right choices

    No loss this week and I find it hard to believe because I have been sick and in bed. I guess all the sodium in the soup is making me retain water. Its also due to be shark week next week so I'm probably bloated. The middle of the month is when I lose the most weight. I am frustrated at the fact that I didn't lose any weight, but next week will prove to be better.

    I am thrilled to have lost and be below 160. I was exhausted all week so skipped the gym but kept up with at home workouts.I also begged my boyfriend to stop making cookies for a while. Can't eat just one. or just two or three. I fit in treats everyday but I needed a break from constant temptation >:)

    Promised I would be back for a starter point for my deficit. Sorry if this messes things up a bit tinkerbellang83. I don't use a weight trend tracker apart from on here, so these little written posts are points of reference. Will have to take measurements tomorrow as forgot last day of surplus, etc, oops!

    Yep, static at 173ish so overall gain was 7lbs, pretty much spot on to/with the predictions and calcs. Whoot! Am down to 2250 cals as of today, won't struggle with it as I have not really been feeling that hungry the last week or so, forcing the food down has not been fun at all! I will take out the bulk gw line next week. Thanks so much for this group, it has kept me motivated!

    I know, I'm too late. Traveling. Yesterday, I weighed 189.4 lbs. I believe that's a -1.6 lb loss
