Down 1.4 pounds in a week, down 2 pounds from when I restarted WW 1 1/2 weeks ago. Not a bad start, and it feels good to be goal-directed again!

It's good to have you back Steve. You give me numbers to strive for so that I can say I weigh less than you do LOL If the middle number is your current weight, you've got me by a little more than a pound as of this morning. The race is on!!

Ha ha, Cindy, that's funny! I remember how we used to "battle" each other in this way. Yes, my numbers are arranged like yours are.

I did notice your "tracking" post elsewhere. I'm fully tracking again too, and it's bringing back so many memories about how challenging it is to track if you don't simply eat all of your meals at home!

Up 1.2. Actually have reasons, not excuses, but didn't bother with them last week while basking in a good loss.
Reasons? Last week hadn't had breakfast (have been lately due to re-hab afterwards) and was on the way to a funeral, wearing a light wool trouser, rather than jeans. Back to breakfast and jeans today, and voila!

...how challenging it is to track if you don't simply eat all of your meals at home!

Yep, it helps to be retired and be in COMPLETE control of my food -- no worries about going out with "the group" at lunch, no temptations of the things people bring in OR the foods that are leftover from meetings, not attending meetings where the food is more of the focus than the meeting itself. The list goes on and on.

Another positive of this tracking @#$% is that I realized that something as simple as a plain cheeseburger, small fries, and sweetened iced tea at McDonald's takes up 790 of my daily 1000 calories! Apparently, it's not worth it because I haven't been to McDonald's since the middle of December. Will it be worth it eventually? Probably. But not yet.

Only a 1,000 calories per day? Why so low?

Up 1.4 lbs Not a good week for me. Just blitzing at work with quite a pace. Got to slow down and get my time under control and get back to tracking.

I was up .2. I had a good week from an eating/measuring/tracking standpoint. The scale will eventually catch up with my behavior.

    Have a great weekend!

Because I'm only 5' tall and I'm (almost) 70 years old? ::shrug:: And pretty much sedentary?

It seems to be working so I'll stick with it. Amazingly, it hasn't been that bad. Well...except for the whole McDonald's thing. :(
