Well my Saturday is coming to a close. I wondered about wearing a heart rate monitor while i was doing my epic house cleaning mission today... instead i just logged that conservatively and went for a small run as well.
Tracked: Yes
Exercised: Yes
Stayed In goal/budget: Yes. In fact, waaaaaaaay under. I feel there might be a wee bite of dark choc before bedtime (Don't worry, I'll track that too!)6 -

Good walk very late today (after taking daughter to skating). Dark when I finally got home (but still light enough to see).
(Sorry for lat post was very late to bed last night as trying to fix a problem after picking up daughter from skating at 11:30pm).

A good cold Saturday!
Exercise - plenty of variety. Walking around the nearby village (briskly to keep warm) while my mother in law had her hair done, climbing back up my hill with groceries on my back (in winter it's a good half mile steep climb from car to house) and then a good exercise session.
Food - on goal and tracked.

Exercise: No, but I volunteered and stood in the freezing cold for 3 hrs; joined a “Woman’s chocolate, wine, walk” event.... walk but not really exercise.
Calorie: No, the wine and chocolate plus Indian food at dinner threw everything off the chart.
Tracking: Yes...
On the bright side, since I have started MFP on Monday, lost about 5 lbs! Planning ahead for tmr: salad and walk, might even take my bear cubs for hiking!4 -

Hurray...I'm back and pleased to be joining all of you this month! Late start with 2 pass days as we just returned home at 1:00AM today. Yes X 3 for me today. Here are some hints as to where we have been. We did get lots of exercise!

Yes x3. When there’s a dump of snow overnight, it builds the workout into my day. 25 minutes of shovelling then another 25 of sledding. The hill was pure ice under the fresh snow so trying to climb up resulted in a lot of slipping and laughing and using all sorts of rarely used muscles. If only it weren’t -34, we would have lasted out there a lot longer!5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, took the dogs to the dog park and walked around while they romped. My Fitbit recognized 35 minutes of active time. I also got more than 10,000 total steps just with daily activities.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.- 9:34 p.m Hungry right now, hope I don’t have to come back and change it. I have enough calories in the bank for my “evening smoothie”

I've always used something similar .... (drop by drop) water erodes the rock.

My wife, Rose, has on the lime green pullover and I am behind her with my dark green cowboy hat. We are in the debris area of the Agua Fría River north of Phoenix.7 -
