    Exercised?: Yes (5 hours moving boxes of weight equipment, putting the new weight equipment together and moving it around the gym area to find just the right spot. Also spent about 10 minutes using some of the new weights.)

    Yes x 3. I'm worn out from the previous day's weightlifting and dancing, but got in several dog walks, and did a lot of housecleaning.

    I am behind on my reporting in, but the first 3 days of February have been great with 3x 3 days fully successful with exercise, Tracking and eating what was tracked!
