Am I the only one who had a super bowl party?
Haha! well pass day #1 for me. Got so busy cooking and cleaning, then eating and talking with friends that I did not log. Kinda early in the month for a pass day but I am being honest, and hoping I can keep it together better the rest of the month!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Actually, an hour. Back exercises including planks & crunches. Push-ups. Triceps Dips. And, ended up the day with 10,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
It was tough when my husband brought home buffalo wings & bleu cheese dressing, but I was good!

@nefariousjedi Yes! We can do it and will get there!!!

Exercised?: No. First pass day (in months).
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Active day and did do some exercise, but nothing I would put as exercise. Walked about 5,000 steps, but did not do my bodyweight strength exercises (too tired).

I stated at the start of the month that I would be honest.

Was a good lunch with friends. But still well inside on budget for the day.

Also spent a couple hours closing off January for the other challenge I am involved with.

However UAC is still my favourite group.

    Pass Day 2

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes. Ran a 1/2 marathon. Over 33k steps for the day and over 4,000 cal burnt, according to Garmin.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
No. Had a post race brunch and was surprised when I added everything together afterwards. Then the real hunger set in later in the day.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
No. When I was over and still hungry, there was little point.

Pass Day 1 - I didn’t track the Super Bowl buffet :/ I did make it through an hour and a half of PIYO, so I might have made it, but it is difficult to track when you attend a potluck.
