Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

My NSV's are all those days I do REAL exercise, like my Hot Yoga class or getting to the swimmingpool (in the pouring rain, like today) or doing a long walk in the country. ... My aim is to do something like that at least three or four times a week. When I manage that, I feel so proud of myself!

My NSV today: keep up with hubby’s walking pace for 20 mins (lol, I have shorter legs!!!)

    Yes to all
Exercise: yes - short walking date with hubby
    Calories: yes but barely...
    Tracking: yes!

New addiction to spaghetti squash, it’s supposed to be a healthier, low calorie option ... but not when I ate three portion worth of it (with butter and garlic shrimp)
