Have not had an NSV day for a while.
NSV's are non-scale victories (like fitting into clothes you have not worn for ages, or compliments from people you have not seen for a while, or completing a fitness or sporting goal).
My NSV yesterday was an odd one. Yesterday I had a pass day. It wasn't planned, I just didn't get out to walk and was too tired to do bodyweight. The victory. I admit to this. No excuses, no bargaining. I failed to plan well enough so I must pass and own up to it. For my perfectionist personality type (extreme INTJ) this is hard to do.

Craig - it seems odd that you tell everyone that a pass day is not a failure, yet you seem to be kicking yourself that you had to take one yourself - even though I have never known you to have a pass day in all the time I have been here myself - and heaven knows when the last one was!
Not all days can be planned in advance and there is no shame in taking a pass day - just be honest with yourself and to the group and tomorrow is a another day - you taught me that one!

My NSV was this whole past week. It's the first week (7 day period) in a very, very long time where I was completely consistent with logging, staying under my calorie goal and doing some sort of exercise/activity for at least 30 minutes each day.7

My NSV's are all those days I do REAL exercise, like my Hot Yoga class or getting to the swimmingpool (in the pouring rain, like today) or doing a long walk in the country. ... My aim is to do something like that at least three or four times a week. When I manage that, I feel so proud of myself!4

Yes X 3 and still into the exercise videos (Gilad and Sansone) on YouTube. I just really dislike being outside when it's cold! @oykucan I can identify with your latest NSV of finding a "fitting size for almost any piece of clothing." Why is it that women have at least 3 sizes of clothing in their closet? I am, fortunately, now in the smallest of the fitting sizes in my closets (plural closets...because, hey you never know so I keep them ALL) and managed to stay in control on our cruise, as well. Pleased to be back with all of you this month and wishing each of you a great day, every day! It is so very nice to be on a supportive forum.
@craigo3154 I do believe we have similar goals i.e. to continue to maintain in our healthy weight range. It's OK that we have a slow start this month...we're both still in it for the long haul with intentions of being successful. My thought is maintaining may be more difficult than actually losing, because we don't have the pleasure of seeing weekly progress and a downward trend, but rather struggling to stay on an even keel. It's all GOOD though!5 -

Yes x3. 30 minute lower body strength with cardio intervals.
My NSV is noticing my strength coming back. 3 months off all strength training definitely set me back but the weights are slowly slowly increasing.6 -
