I don't personally feel like I look any different than when I was 148 in August, but i did lose an inch in my waist! Finally!

Hey @roseym10 these are some things that have helped me:
    - unless it’s certified on the mfp website I look all my foods up on google, most of the times the calories are off on here
    - if I estimate anything, I always log it as more than I think just to be on the safe side
    - recently I’ve tried delaying my first meal of the day and eat at 11am and that helps keep me at my calorie goal
    - I start my day off with a cup of apple cider with water and a cup of hot tea. It makes overeating breakfast harder if I have 2 cups of liquid before I eat solids
    - I’m at 1200 calories a day but most of the time I eat more than that so exercise is a must for me. I try to burn 500 a day. 200 calories burnt comes from cleaning my house and then I usually try to burn at least 300 on the treadmill.
    - I also end my day with hot tea and honey and it helps fill my belly before bed and also gives me something sweet that I crave at night

    Hope this helps some!

@roseym10 I wish I had tips for you :( I'll be honest, I knowingly under-eat all week (I try to get at least 1,000 calories though) so that I can eat more on the weekends. That's what has been working for me, along with intermittent fasting which helps me control hunger. (Like @aleikita eats her first meal at 11:00 a.m., I eat my first meal at 3:00 p.m.)

Honestly, I find I don't lose unless I drop down to 1000 calories. I know you're not supposed to go below 1200, but I'm also on meds that cause weight gain. Maybe I need to drop down to 1000 at least for some days during the week.

I like the idea of intermittent fasting! I miss being stuffed after a meal instead of satisfied. Also I know what you mean, seems like I can lose only by averaging 1000 a day so I’m forced to exercise to earn some food calories! And for sure the weekend is always tough because hubby likes to eat out.

Just started a 20 week challenge under challenges if y’all would like to join:) hope you’re having fun @DananaNanas great job @roseym10

 I really slacked off on logging these past couple of weeks.

Oh well! Just have to get back into logging mode~

It'll be easier once I cut down on my commute. I'll hopefully be able to move next weekend!

So I still havent moved. T_T I did find a room, just the paper work needs to be done and I'll be able to move probably NEXT weekend! Fingers crossed!

Glad to ungain from last week! Have y'all invested in food scales? I've seen that they are recommended especially for the 'last 10lbs' stages. I haven't committed to buying one because I feel like I won't use it... but! I'm definitely in plateauing territory right now.

    Nice work, aleikita! And roseym10!

@arameni I got my first scale ever 2 months ago and it’s helped a ton. I was definitely estimating things way off and now I’m hooked and weigh just about everything. Oh and about a month ago I started using a real measuring spoon instead of a cereal spoon and even that was off! I’ll cross my fingers you get settled in. I have my first move coming this year and I’m really nervous about how it’s going to go!

I'm going to try and start posting weekly. I started watching my eating in January.

    1/09: 171
    1/16: 166.8
    1/26: 166.2
    2/02: 165.8
    2/09: 164.5
    2/17: 164.5

I never had a food scale and I'm scared to see how much my estimating is off. @aleikita Do you know on average how many calories you were over estimating per day?

    @deauxgirl2 anywhere between 100 and 200 calories!

Ugh. I know that it looks like I'm going in the right direction but I was back up to 141.6 this morning >_< I'm sure it's due to this weekend's bad behavior... hopefully it's temporary :s

And yes ladies, get a food scale!!
