Sadly it took modifications to do planks when @zumbaforever Shelley first taught them to me. I was over 200# and hadn't worked out in decades. Baby steps can be wonderful things to get one off one's *kitten*. And Shelley was this baby's mommy. :)

Was it one of @KAR1959 Kathy's inspirations that said this? "Even only walking is still lapping the couch potato."

This is how you guys make me feel.

His mop, broom, dust pan, sweeper thing and his duster. He uses them all!!

And is very serious about it!! He also has a vacuum cleaner that is his size and actually picks up dirt. His Christmas was filled with cleaning tools.

Great job Chris. I need to buy clothes. Jeans actually. Image bought one pair in the last 5-6 years. I hate buying pants. Buying fish is so much more exciting. :)

I like to buy rocks. Internet is like a candy store. Have discovered eBay. Visa thinks somebody is abusing my credit card and keeps putting a lock on in. But so far, it's always been just me.

And now that I know my size, clothes are fun too, but at my age, I wonder, when would I wear that? I mostly wear just jeans. Same with jewelry, there's so much pretty stuff out there, but mostly I just wear my favorites all the time. Restaurants, why try other stuff when I know the one I like best... hmm, I'm hearing a pattern here. But it's a comfortable rut, so ((shrug)) whatev.

Derek and I were waiting for the doctor Friday (he got his cast off and it looks good). And I was doing wall planks in the walkway, using the tall chairs to lean on. I like planks. They feel good.
