Be thoughtful about your standing and sitting posture today?7 -
Excellent reminder @RangerRickL I need to be more mindful of my posture as I have a tendency to slump a little, and I do cross my legs. I always feel better after a Pilates session, which forces me to be aware of my posture.
On a different note, we are going out to friends for supper tonight, so not sure how that will be calorie-wise. I tried to explain the principles of lower carb eating and how for me it is as much about feeling better as about losing weight, but this person always knows best! We shall see... We will see her lodger for the first time in a long time, and he wants to practice his English for an international business meeting by video-conference, so that will be interesting. Will report back on my daily check-in later.3 -
Ohhh I cross my legs a lot. Though get me in spanx and boy do I stand straight LOL.
The flu has hit the bank hard. Every day my hubby goes how many people out sick today or who went home sick today? Just doing my best to stay well. Have a great day everyone. It's starting to snow expecting 6 to 8 inches today I guess it's good exercise.5 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 6km in 47 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Slower walk today even though it was on dusk. Hot night.
My amazing wife made ice-cream again today. Good as always.
@RangerRickL. 10+ years of ice skating. Posture is drilled into you. Good posture or you cannot balance while doing half the required elements. Doubly so for the male in a pairs partnership that needs to lift another while on skates.
Dancers also tend to have great posture.
@BadgerLamb236. Pilates is great exercise. Works all the hard to get to placement muscles.
@2020pinktogo. Take care and keep well trying to avoid the flu.

Yes - worked from home so got to use my sit/stand desk and listen to music. Spent most of the day dancing at my desk or bouncing on my exercise ball. Easily more exercise than usual.

Safe to say Yes x 3 with low impact aerobics, abs, strength and balance this morning and shoveling snow this afternoon. Still sufficient calories for some chocolate pudding made with almond milk a little later in the evening.4

I’m always adjusting my posture. I have a horrible habit of slouching. I’m hoping that if I continue to strength train and practice yoga, I can retrain my body.

A crazy day - I followed the IIF plan today. Inadvertent intermittent fasting! I stayed at my daughter's last night and she handed me a cup of black coffee as she went off to work, I did the barn chores, stopped in on MIL to see what she needed as the snow started piling up, got home to trudge up my 1km long crazy hill driveway and finally got to eat! Then there was a lot of snow shovelling and path tramping to do. Tonight I could eat a batch of @craigo3154 's wife's ice cream! But I'm too full.
In any case
3x yes for today. Many calories left over. It's still snowing - at least 45 cm so far.6 -

I'm a dancer, and like @craig's ice skating years, we constantly work on posture. Good posture comes before anything else in dance, it just doesn't work without it. It's been my experience that good posture also improves your mood, and self esteem.3 -

So pleased with everyone's participation and enthusiasm for this challenge. I make every attempt to visit the posts multiple times per day to give my "vote of confidence" to those who have been successful with the challenge each day. Keep up the good work...you should be proud of your achievements!3

Pass day #1 today. I knew it was going to be difficult to stay within calories and to track properly as we were visiting a friend for supper. Probably not too bad, but an aperitif, wine and un petit digestif did not help. Back on track now.1

I have tried skipping as well as my usual stuff. Calves and ankles not altogether impressed
@RangerRickL we used to hike Superstition Mountain on a Saturday morning with our dogs. You can horse ride there too. We also used to float down Salt River in the summer, you should try it sometime, it’s a relaxing experience if you don’t go at the weekend!2 -
