I'm exercising my skepticism right now.

No unless you drink the whole darn bottle (soy sauce is high in carbs) so a little bit of soy sauce (a few tablespoons maybe?) would be fine.

Kind of what I thought. I'm eating riceless sushi and tuna tar tar. It needs soy.

I've never been kicked out of ketosis from soy sauce personally.

I have aminos in my Amazon cart to try out but can't justify the cost when I have a bottle of soy sauce in the fridge. I really want to make eggroll in a bowl but I hear conflicting things on regular soy sauce.

Did you read someone cautioning against it?

I had some chicken wings cooked in soy sauce, and I thought they were exceptionally sweet. But, I avoid anything sweet, so I am more sensitive to it than most people. Or the person lied, and there was sweetener in there. I only was able to eat a single wing before I gave up on them.

I don't think it will kick you out, though. There are carbs, but there shouldn't be enough to disrupt you unless you were very close anyway.

Dr. Eric Berg has a list of items that "...will kick you out of ketosis..." and soy sauce was one of them.
