Ok friends, this week we need to hit the week hard. More exercise, more water and more fruits and veggies. Did you try any new veggies last week? Whats your meal plan?

Just starting now. Rolled back quite a bit while on vacation - really need to get that under control for next year!!
I'm starting out on this Challenge at 208.2 lbs.
Goal for this Challenge is 10 lbs - 198.2 lbs
My original MFP starting weight was 238 lbs.
My UGW is 140 ish or 68 lbs.

I made a concerted effort to hit my 30-60 minutes exercise (walk) on the weekend! I always fall down so badly on my days off work. I have also managed to hit my water goal every day this week!0 -
