    "drop by drop the bucket gets full" Yeah!!! more than 1/4 drop in this February bucket.

    Yes x 3 with indoor exercises, again! If our children, their wives and our 5 grandchildren didn't all live within 15 miles of us...I don't think we would continue living in New York! I best count my many blessings, instead. Not everyone is so fortunate.

    @fightingthetideofaging I hope that 2 hours and 20 minutes is done in phases. I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Did 32 flights up and down plus some calisthenics
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Not quite and indeterminate because of eating out at a Chinese buffet. But I made smart choices and did not overindulge. The pineapple was amazing.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes to the best of my ability

    Still not well, feeling depressed and tired. Probably stayed under calories, but didn't track and got no exercise. Pick myself up today and try and get out and about.
