Pass Day #2
Still not well, feeling depressed and tired. Probably stayed under calories, but didn't track and got no exercise. Pick myself up today and try and get out and about.4 -
Pass day #2 for me. No problem with exercise as I spent a lot of time trying to contain a horse in my garden and stop it rushing out into the lane (rural, quiet, but perhaps because of that people don't always take as much care as they should). Of course this had to happen when snow was coming down quite hard (for here, nothing like what a lot of you are having) it was freezing, and I'd rushed out in just indoor clothes and slippers! By the time I got back indoors I was frozen and a bit stressed, it was mid-afternoon, and somehow didn't fancy the nice healthy salad lunch I'd planned. So some comfort food and wine was had instead. Probably not massively over calories but way over carbs so I know my weight will bounce up and I'll be disappointed in myself (again). Still, tomorrow is yet another day...6
