    Today I walked the dogs and then did an hour of bush/invasive plant clearing at The Wetlands. It was hard graft and confirms my belief that manual labour is not my strong suit!

    Hope everyone has a good weekend, it is a holiday one here in BC, family day. Was suppose to have company but the flu struck so they could not come. Oh well hopefully they will come next weekend....Hus to everyone that wants one :)

    Yes x 3 here, but not a great day on the eating and drinking front - far too many carbs and wine. Have gained half a kilo overnight. I know it's not real fat gain, and I know exactly why it happened, but still depressing on a damp and dismal Sunday (and it's not even light yet, puppy demanded a wee and breakfast and is now curled up asleep in his crate while I am wide awake). Still, some lovely photos to cheer me up.

    Yes x3! My run ended up taking 5hours, and was more of a mud scramble than an actual run. Made it though. Couldn’t even eat back those exercise calories, and trust me I tried!!

    Kept track but went massively over my target (was staying with friends and had to eat what I was given).
    So that's pass day 3 and I can't see anyone again for the rest of the month!
