Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Today is my last day in the desert southwest. I fly back to work and winter on Monday morning.
It seems that many team members enjoy horses and dogs. Saturday, I watched a wonderful parade in Scottsdale, Arizona. Here are two fun images from that event

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 6km in 46 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Post dinner walk. Had already walked 5000 steps for the day before walking 6km.
Practice day at local club. Everything upgraded and flyable. My flying is improving, but still a long way to go.
Biggest success of the day was before flying. Managed to de-solder three erroneously cross-soldered pins inside 1.5mm (1/16 inch) space to get a quad flying. Was not sure I could do it when I started, but managed to. Feels great when you attempt something outside your limits and succeed.

@RangerRickL that pony is great! A friend once had a pony with the registered name Too Cute To Shoot. This one should have a similar moniker!5

I used a pass day yesterday because I took a rest day ( I thought!! ) from exercise. After reading @lcollaro's post about shoveling snow, I realized I had completely forgotten about my shoveling snow 3 different times yesterday due to heavy snowfall here in Southwest Michigan!! Way over 20 minutes heart-pumpin' shoveling!! Funny how you can get in a good bit bit of exercise and not even realize, or think a thing of it!! lol..7

Enjoying the photos thank you, cute little pony!

Not sure what kind of day it is. On one hand, I lost self control with Chinese food (learned my lesson: definitely don’t order what I like the most when I am super hungry!); but on the other hand,I chose to have something super light after the big lunch... may feel a bit hungry later, but it’ll be ok...
Exercise: y...e...s?! Active cleaning, but no walking as it’s been raining non-stophere in GA!
Calorie: y...e...s... have few calories left

A good day, quiet and smooth.
Yes on all - upped my calorie goal a bit. Last night I was so hungry I could not sleep. I'm at maintenance weight and it is taking some time to get used to eating more, especially with the demands of winter. Just as long as I avoid any crazy gorging on nuts!
Exercise today was snowshoeing yet again. We keep getting more of the stuff4 -

While a stayed within my personal goal of within 500calories of the MFp target; as it was recovery from my event day, I am going to use a pass today, as I was also in the car so no real exercise either.
Sore shoulder but will keep up walking/running until that heals enough for some weights at the gym next week.4 -

I’ve packed my suitcase & book bag for Monday’s flight back to Chicago.
I’m still a bit fatigued from my big hikes this week.
Exercise: intentional 30 minute walk to meet the daily goal
Tracking: oh so important in helping me cut back my evening intake
Calories: very light breakfast and lunch so that I could enjoy a trip to a gourmet Indian cuisine restaurant. MFP has the caloric info so all was under control5 -
Yes to 3x. 30 min bike.2
