Pass day #3 (and probably a few more to come). We've had a few days of snow and rain, so the ground is quite muddy in places, particularly where the escaped horse has churned it up rushing round. I think I've managed to block the place where it was limboing under the electric fence to get to my greener grass, but the damage has been done (not to mention the generous donations of manure - must plant some roses). There is a point to this - when I was taking the puppy for a walk I was not paying full attention to the terrain, slipped on the muddy drive and hurt my foot, so not going to be able to do much exercise for a while. I will try to do something non-weight-bearing, but husband will have to do the dogs! Food and drinks also bad today, but determined to get back on track Monday.2

Pass #1. I exercised hard, ate reasonably most of the day, but couldn't bring myself to track. Then, given that I wasn't tracking, I figured I may as well enjoy myself and ate a big fat chocolate eclair. Back on the program tomorrow.1
