    yes x3 here today.
    Managed to walk to work, stay within budget and track everything. Feel like I am much more on track this month!

    Hope everyone else is settling into a rhythm with it as well :smile:

    "drop by drop the bucket gets full" Yeah!!! more than 1/4 drop in this February bucket. It's almost half :)

    Yes x 3 managed to do Pilates without too much problem, but had to skip the side-planks as put too much pressure on my injured foot (plus I don't like them anyway).

    3 big yeses today - for exercise I was all set to do my new strength workout. TRX mat kettlebells all ready to go. But the temperature sneaked over freezing during the night and a mountain of snow slid off the roof, landing just outside my back door on the deck. Then by morning it froze again. My workout morphed into moving a mountain of really heavy frozen stuff. It took well over 2 hours. (Did I say I liked winter?) Then I went on a good walk with a friend. I'll sure be sore tomorrow!

    Oh, and @BadgerLamb236 - I'm with you on the side planks!

    Yes x 3. Did the usual 30 minute indoor exercise video...but finally got outside for 40 minutes of a chilly walk. Was great to have the sun actually shine for a change...but the warmer temps expected next week will be a positive change in the right direction!

    @RangerRickL Welcome back to winter. Hope you had a safe trip home!

    Nope, not today. I tracked and came in under, but I cannot exercise. I'm so sore from yesterday's workout. My legs are stiff. I didn't think it was that challenging but boy was I wrong. I'm out of the winner's circle this month but not out of the game.

    Yes x3. Nice to get back to routine after a weekend full of company. 40 minutes of upper body strength and some cardio intervals. This morning it was -42 with the windchill but tomorrow’s forecast is calling for 0 degrees by the afternoon.. it’s going to feel like summer! I can’t wait to get outside again.

    It’s a reentry to Chicago and work day.
    I had a wonderful 2+ weeks in Phoenix!
    Nonetheless, I am ready to be back to work. I enjoy my very creative and interesting work.
    Exercise: intentional brisk walking in the airport terminals. More than 25 minutes
    Calories: skimpy breakfast and lunch but a 4 ounce steak at supper! Under by nice margin
    Tracking: good
