    yes x3 today, ran to work and popped into the community garden for a bit over an hour as well.

    need to find some filling snacks for at work... i got pretty nibbly today and didn't have many options.

    Exercise: walk 30 minutes with my friends
    Calorie: yes! Went to Mardi Gras party, only had low country boil, didn’t eat other snacks and king cake; no alcohol or soda either, just water!
    Tracked: yes!

    I wish I enjoy taking my dog for walks, love her but she pulls hard and easily distracted (Hound mix), might have to take her to training classes.

    Yes to all! For exercise I did 15 minutes rowing machine and 15 minutes weights :)

    Yes x 3 with video exercises twice today. Balancing exercise and calories continues to be a challenge in maintenance.

    Uuuugh. Pass day #2. Not over by much, but my husband pulled out gummy candies this evening and I got to snacking. I had already finished my logging for the day and was on track.. really should have brushed my teeth before sitting down for a show!

    I have used the approach of brushing my teeth as a deterrent to putting food in my mouth. Sometimes it is a help, particularly if it is after dinner and before bedtime.
