    I put in a full day and then had a great time delivering 4 Valentines cards to my grandchildren. So much fun!

    Exercise: walk 30 minutes with my friends
    Calorie: yes! Went to Mardi Gras party, only had low country boil, didn’t eat other snacks and king cake; no alcohol or soda either, just water!
    Tracked: yes!

    I wish I enjoy taking my dog for walks, love her but she pulls hard and easily distracted (Hound mix), might have to take her to training classes.

    I was a bit disappointed not to get my cardio in today, but I’m happy that I at least made it to the gym between classes to lift weights. I plan on bringing my flashcards to the treadmill the next two mornings. It’s been a crazy two weeks of tests, but exercise has helped keep the stress down. Still, a few more days until I’m in the clear.

    Yes x 3 Tried a Yoga for beginning session today (Yoga by Adrienne) as the 30 day challenge was too difficult for me to follow - I need a grounding in the basics. I hope this will lead to me getting more into Yoga on a regular basis.

    @BadgerLamb236 I've tried yoga a few times, as well, with Melissa West online videos. To get started, you might try these beginner videos with her on YouTube. Personally, I found yoga to be difficult to stick with. I think I am not sufficiently focused or disciplined for yoga. I had similar issues with focus for a mindfulness course I tried.     yes x 3 today. Had lots of candy orders to make up today, was very disciplined at first but then I got into the peanut brittle last night, luckily I had lots of calories left for the day so I was still okay! :)
