Yeeeaaah...so...pass. Yep. I mean...it started well with exercise, and even said no to Friday Fives... then hubby wanted wine, and dinner was cheese on toast. Pass day #2 in use.3

Mom informed me after seeing all my chubby coworkers that if you stand at your job you can lose 5 lbs a year. Which prompted me to stand a lot yesterday in my heels. Today my heels are not as high as its the long day but still are heels as its nice out so I am wearing a skirt.
Happy anniversary Craig ! For me the weekend is going to be about fixing the sump pump. I you tubed it and I do believe it is something I can do. I swear if I take off that cement lid and find something awful I may be done fixing things. LOL.6 -

I was at the USA Track and Field Championships here in ABQ for several hours yesterday and brought along water and my planned snacks so I could avoid the concessions. Great plan for me that I was able to carry out. Have a three day pass, so I will do the same today!2 -

I ate almost 600 calories of rocky road, but stayed within limits overall. This is becoming a bad habit for me. Once I start eating the ice cream, it's hard to stop. I'm going to have to find a substitute for the sweet cravings. Eating too much ice cream isn't leaving much room for healthy food.3 -
