Being a vegan can be tricky when it comes to weight loss and muscle gain.
What diet/fitness regimes do you follow to get the best from your body?

Hey! Just joined your group. 2 years ago I decided to undergo bariatric surgery in order to help lose weight. A year after i got the lap band my progress started to slow because i was eating so much of the liquid calories such as chocolate, ice cream, alcohol etc, and then i met a vegan who was so full of energy and vitality who would cycle to his job every day and it inspired me to look into a plant based diet.
I slowly tried other diets such as paleo and unprocessed diets but when i seriously took on veganism i noticed my physical endurance and strength had soared! Combining a healthy plant based diet with cardio and weight lifting has yielded the best results and i have lost over 30kgs to date.
This vegan don't need no animal products to get gainz!2 -
