    Weight: 154.2. up from last time. I'm just eating too many foods that have a high calorie density so my weight is stalled out. I also think weight training would be beneficial. I want to do one weight training session this week with my resistance bands. I'm going to look for a YouTube video.

    It’s not always about the weight. It’s about how you feel. I haven’t even attempted to step on a scale for this reason. I’m afraid it will make me feel bad even though I’m feeling as if I’m more in shape.

    Absolutely. It can be discouraging. I have a goal weight, but its more important to feel strong. There's no point in losing a bunch of weight, but then being really weak - that doesn't feel good either. That's wonderful that you're feeling in better shape!
