Yes x3, including a little treat of some delicious chocolate cake!
Hard to believe it right now, but apparently by the morning a tropical cyclone will be hitting the country; so might be a gym day instead of the usual run to work... will wait and see if the storm is as bad as they are hyping it up to be.
I hope it is not a bad storm, stay safe1 -

Before I came to US, I had a trainer 3 x per week and a circuit most weekends. What I liked about it (apart from the fact that I was double fit) was that I just turned up and did what I was told to do. My trainer is a UK strongman under 85k and has won many a power lifting comps before that. The workouts were superb and we used many different tools and exercises and in good weather, always trained over Lea Valley, an urban area very similar to my favourite Wetlands. I hope you have much success @RangerRickL

Today I walked with a beautiful white English Labrador and a Belgium Malnois, I am a very lucky girl! The weather was awful and I was freezing cold and I only had slippers to wear as I left my trainers at home
We are having a cold and windy snap in NV3 -
Congrats Rick for getting yourself a trainer who worked your glutes off. LOL. I think often that I need someone to push me beyond what I will push myself and my coach does that...plus she gives me great support!
Exercise...in the pool with my coach practicing diving in off the blocks and doing sets of my swim.YES! My lungs are not quite back to normal from my 63 % lung function from the sinus and asthma flare up, but at least I did not get the flu! Knock on wood.
Tracked? yes.
Ate what I tracked? yes.
Out to eat for a 20th anniv party for one of my staff. We ate at Pappadeaux and they have a specialist who comes to talk to you if you are celiac to be sure your food does not get contaminated with gluten. I appreciated that. I was able to eat precisely what I had planned to eat and had a very enjoyable fun evening!3 -

Well, if I can make some kind of upside here, staying within calorie bounds for a sedentary day is better than otherwise.3 -
@RangerRick, congrats on the trainer, you'll get into great shape. I worked with a trainer after my ACL surgery, and I got so strong, my friends were saying, "Anya, please stop, that's enough." Haha. I didn't care. I love being strong. I wish you good luck. Keep us posted on your progress.
Yes x 3 for me today. Monday's are my rest day, so after work, just housecleaning and dog walks for exercise.2 -
Oops, I forgot to log here yesterday! Tracked everything throughout the day, good with calories and walked! So Yes to all three!
