Lets come up with a challenge. I'm thinking maybe we should start small: 7days ?

Maybe 7 days is too quick. What about 30 days? I found this challenge on Pinterest that might work for everyone. Weigh ins can be once a week to see how many pounds have been lost

no chocolate for 30 days? yikes!! that list would be super hard for me.
I think seven days is a good place to start for a challenge, tho. I am shooting for 1 pound a week weight loss.
How about we each come up with our own list of 5 things for the week starting today. Like:
1. exercise 5 days
2. refrain from alcohol 5 days
3. no fried food for the week
4. no white bread/white pasta/muffins
5. no eating after 9pm0 -

Today I started..From the poster i put up above im going to try to tackle 6 of the items: No fried food, ice cream, chocolate, soda or juice, no cake or donuts, no cookies, or candy. Yall wish me luck1
