First goal my wedding...

I have been on and off again with this woe and IF....I love it so I'm not fully sure why I haven't been able to stick with it.
I just got engaged at Xmas (yay) and we have decided on a destination wedding next year (double yay)! I want to be healthy for this moment so this is my first goal.
I'm not a "weighing" gal, I like just going by how my clothes fit....specifically now my dress...(eeeek! Excited moment cause it's soooooo pretty).
I'm hoping by posting this I will be making myself accountable and making this more real. So here's to at least a year of health growth and hopefully a lifetime with this woe!! Hope I can count on support and encouragement from here!

    Firstly CONGRATULATIONS! Secondly if you're interested there is a Monthly Keto Challenge as well, we're just heading to the end of the February one now but feel free to join, there will be a March one posted next week. It's in the announcements section above the general posts. It's supportive and at least one other person is wedding dress focused! That said all the folks here are supportive so you are on to a winner anyhow! :)
