Hi everyone, happy friday

So a pound off, although I don't really deserve it. I've been slipping on exercise and struggling to not snack in the evenings, which is taking me over so I'm not recording it. And what's worse is I know I'm sabotaging myself but just keep doing it! Hopefully writing it down will make me more accountable so that next weeks isn't the gain I deserve!

@_j4de_ There is nothing wrong with snacking in the evening, just set aside some calories for it. Also worth noting, unless you are eating the whole of your deficit and more back in snacks, you won't gain.3 -

Not sure how I managed a large weight loss this week. The only thing I did differently was I drank a bit more water and I did come in under calories for a few days this week as I am going to a Murder Mystery Dinner tomorrow night and I wasn't sure how accurately I would be able to log.

@_j4de_ There is nothing wrong with snacking in the evening, just set aside some calories for it. Also worth noting, unless you are eating the whole of your deficit and more back in snacks, you won't gain.

Slow and steady weekly weight loss. Getting closer to my goal, but need to stay away from the junk still. Hoping my new plan of telling myself the doughnuts at work have arsenic on them will help me resist it better. I still indulge, but can't eat doughnuts and all the other yummy foods every day. Makes me crave it even more. Learning what my body needs still.1 -

I was holding a lot of water weight last week, and this week I've managed to get (and stay!) under 160 for the first time in a couple of years. Motivation to keep logging.2 -

However. . .all above information is based on the scale I use at home, I am visiting family on vancouver island now, and the much more modern scale here (digital, mine is old fashioned with the dial) tells me I am 159. . .so not sure where I actually started but Im pretty sure it still means I am 15lbs down. I am happy with how my body is looking, and that is more important anyways!2 -

Late weigh in this week. Cos water retention. Weight crept up to 178lbs earlier in the week. Muscle pulls will do that...
SW: 195.4
GW: 140
LW: 171.6
TW: 173.4
Gain of 1.8lbs this week. Hopefully I see another whoosh come Sunday or so.2 -
